Abbot Oscar Joseph, OCCO,

Try: TRACS, ABHE or DETC. Be advised, there is no such thing as as "a
credible and reasonably affordable accrediting agency." If it is
reasonably affordable, it will not be credible. ONLY accrediting
agencies recognized by the USDE are considered credible. Go with
anything less (the easily affordable kinds), and you will eventually
regret it. USDE recognized (a.k.a. credible) accreditation is a long,
difficult, and expensive process, as it should be.

A school need not be accredited to be credible, and is always better off
having no accreditation (as opposed to the wrong kind), but operating in
a manner consistent with recognized accreditation standards. I can point
you to two such schools: ours (Master's <www.mdivs.edu> which is an
adult oriented distance education institution), and Pensacola Christian
College www.pcci.edu which is a youth oriented campus-based institution.

In the case of both MISD and PCC, many accredited (recognized) schools
have and do accept their credits and degrees. However, I do not believe
that would be the case were these schools to claim accreditation by an
"unrecognized" agency. I recommend the following link for further
information: www.mdivs.edu/insights.html.

This may not be what you were hoping to hear, but it is the truth.

God bless you in your efforts,
Dennis
