Julie,
We consider course revisions using the following triggers:
1. Whenever a textbook in the course goes out of print.
2. Whenever a professor gets enough complaints about one or more of
the elements in the course.
3. Whenever the professor believes that a revision is necessary.
4. All courses are reviewed every two years for revision potential
(course professor, department dean and at least two members of the
academic committee).
We have found this method to be practical.
God bless you in your ministry at Huntington,
Dennis
