Candidates seeking membership will support the purposes of the Association, and must agree with the Tenets of Faith and Code of Ethics as presented in the ACCESS Constitution. Currently, the ACCESS Executive Committee votes to approve all first-time memberships.

Membership Application Process

  1. Use the online Membership Application Form to apply for membership in ACCESS .

  2. Download the Membership Application Form, print it, then fax or mail it to :

    After submitting the Application Form, you will be sent a payment invoice via email.

  3. Pay for annual membership dues conveniently using PayPal, or by check or money order included with your application. The membership process is not complete until payment is received.

    Renewing membership dues is payable each year by the date of the Annual Conference.

Institutional Membership - $150

Allows for two voting representatives, but unlimited discounts to the Annual Conference, etc.

Individual Membership- $75

Used by individuals not representing an institution. Full voting privileges and Conference discounts, etc.
