Registration for the Annual ACCESS Conference is now open!

Everyone is looking forward to meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio this year for the 2010 ACCESS Conference.
We don't want to miss your participation, so be sure to register soon.

Conference Location and Lodging

The 2010 Conference takes place at the Cincinnati Hyatt Regency hotel. Please make separate room reservations with the Hotel by phone - 1-888-421-1442, or online through the Hyatt's reservation system.

Rates

Conference - Early-bird:  $179.00 (members) $229.00 (non-members)

After Feb 1.  $279.00 (members) $329.00 (non-members)
Pre-conference -    $50.00/session (members) $75.00 (non-members)

Registration Process

  1. Check the Conference Schedule to determine if you will attend only the Conference, or Pre-Conference as well.

  2. Check your membership status. All current members will be offered a discount. You can accept the discount if you intend to renew your 2010 ACCESS membership PRIOR to the conference.

  3. Fill out the Conference Registration Form. After pressing Submit, return here to complete the purchase.

  4. Complete your Conference registration using PayPal. . Your registration is not complete until both the Conference Registration Form and payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by March 1, 2010 will be refunded after the conference less a $25 processing fee. In the event of last-minute conference cancellation we also accept attendee substitutions, or transferability to future conferences or webinars. No refunds will be made after March 10, 2010.
